Care Packages

Before we left, several people asked what things we would like to receive in care packages, and at the time we had no clue. Now that we've been here a while, and have a permanent address I thought I'd post a list of things that we would love to receive, for anyone who's interested in sending something.

Also, a note about mailing things. It usually takes at least 3 weeks for something to get to us. When you go to the post office you will have to list all the items in the package and dollar amounts for each item. This is not to insure the package, but rather the number they will use to charge us taxes. I think items that actually fit in our box, like big envelopes, we don't pay taxes on at all. (You still have to fill out the sticker though) The items below are listed roughly from smallest to largest so if you want to send even a small envelope there are things that can be included.

I'll eventually get this list posted on the side bar of our blog so that it is always there to refer to and we'll be able to change it from time to time if we think of something else.

crystal light drink mixes

chic-fil-a sauce- the yellow stuff that is called chic-fil-a sauce- just pick up a couple extra packets next time you are there.

vitamin c drops- on the cough drop aisle
