Back from Dar, Back to Mwanza

We had a nice trip to Dar a couple of week ago. It was good to relax away from school and take some time to practice our Swahili in the real world. After the vacation we were ready to return to school and get back to our studies. But then....

...the baby started to make itself known a little more. Holly stopped keeping food down and was having to stay in the banda all day. We decided it would be better to get her to a more comfortable place to ride out the rough weeks ahead, and made our return trip to Mwanza.
On the way there we were stopped by a road block. If you can see, even the little guy decided to make the crossing while sticking close to his mom. The oncoming semi truck barely even slowed down. I guess he is more accustomed to this than a couple of westerners.
So now we are back in Mwanza, staying at the home of the Groen's, and trying to keep food and water in Holly. This is a task I am not sure if I am up to. We ask that you pray for her, and that this time passes quickly.
I leave you with one final picture of our little peanut at 6 weeks. Grace and Peace.

We are so happy for you and your "little bean"! Will you be coming back to the states to deliver him/her?

I hope you are feeling well, I know morning sickness very well!
